There are many ways you can contribute towards our causes, and every little bit that you commit goes a long way in helping us fulfill our mission. WHAT IS BIOLOGY CLUB?

It is an interactive club that gathers Biology-interested students together for opportunities in STEM and more.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Please fill out the sign-up form to become a part of the Biology Club.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF BECOMING A MEMBER?

There are no requirements to become a member. The Biology Club welcomes students of all academic disciplines to join.

WHEN DOES THE BIOLOGY CLUB MEET?

Currently, all Biology Club meetings are fully remote. Follow our social media to stay updated on club activities and events.

WHY SHOULD I BECOME A MEMBER?

Biology Club provides members with invaluable opportunities and science knowledge through outreach programs, community service, and events.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN OFFICER POSITION?

Please fill out the application to join the Biology Club’s Leadership Team.

WHAT EVENTS DOES THE BIOLOGY CLUB HOST?

Some events the Biology Club have hosted include: annual Night of Networking events for students to network with faculties and alumni, Biological Science Seminars on various topics with speakers and UWB STEM faculties, collaboration events with other clubs on campus, Biology Talk episodes, and game nights for members.

ARE EVENTS IN-PERSON OR ONLINE THIS QUARTER?

Currently, all the Biology Club events are fully remote. Follow our social media to stay updated on any changes for the future.

DOES THE BIOLOGY CLUB OFFER MENTORSHIP?

The STEM Connects Mentorship program’s goal is to pair students together with another person to help guide each other with their needs as a student. Anyone can apply for a mentor or mentee position. If interested, click here to fill out the application.

DOES THE BIOLOGY CLUB OFFER VOLUNTEER/JOB OPPORTUNITIES?

Due to COVID-19, the Biology Club currently does not offer volunteer/job opportunities. Follow our social media to stay updated on opportunities for the future.
